$49 Service Visit Terms & Cancellation Policy

What the visit includes
The $49 service visit covers travel to the property, a discussion of the reported issue, and a visual review of the work requested. It does not include repairs, labor, materials, disassembly, testing, or a formal inspection. If additional work is needed, Propertifix will explain the proposed scope and price for your approval before starting.

Payment and scheduling
To book, you must approve and pay the $49 service visit charge. Once payment is received, we will confirm the appointment. The $49 is a separate charge for the visit and is not applied toward repair work. It remains payable even if you decide not to proceed with a proposed repair.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel for a full refund or request a new appointment time. If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, the prepaid $49 visit charge is retained. The same policy applies if our technician arrives and cannot access the property, or if no authorized person is available for the visit. We will not charge an additional $49 cancellation fee on top of a prepaid $49 visit charge.

For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance, the $49 becomes nonrefundable once the appointment is confirmed. If Propertifix must cancel and you do not want to reschedule, we will refund the $49.

Additional work
Repair labor, materials, pickup, disposal, and any other applicable charges are separate. We will obtain your approval before performing work that carries an additional charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
